1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing DriveGuruz or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. What DriveGuruz Does

DriveGuruz is a marketplace that connects vehicle sellers, dealerships, and buyers. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, do not own the vehicles listed, and do not act as an agent for either side.

We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a vehicle is available, or that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

3. Listing a Vehicle

You may only list a vehicle you own or are authorized to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you publish, including year, make, model, mileage, price, condition, title status, and VIN.

Listings that are misleading, duplicated, or that misrepresent a vehicle's condition or title may be removed without notice.

Dealer plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Buying a Vehicle

Always inspect a vehicle and verify its title, history, and paperwork before paying. Reports, valuations, payment estimates, and appraisals on DriveGuruz are estimates and tools for your own research, not a guarantee of value or condition.

You are responsible for your own due diligence, financing, taxes, registration, and insurance.

5. Tools and Estimates

Our AI and calculator tools, including price evaluations, contract scans, VIN history reports, payment calculators, and appraisals, provide estimates only. They are not legal, financial, or mechanical advice and may contain errors.

Always confirm important details directly with the seller, dealer, or a qualified professional.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not post false, unlawful, or infringing content, harvest other users' contact information, send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass our security or listing limits, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

7. Vehicle History Reports and Fees

Some features require payment, including VIN history reports and certain dealer plans. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

DriveGuruz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users, from your reliance on a listing or a tool estimate, or from any interruption of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use of DriveGuruz means you accept the updated terms.
